I have Battlefield 4 on PS4 and PS3. While I do enjoy the beauty of it on PS4 (also 64-player Conquest!), I'll admit that playing solo kind of sucks. No one to watch your back is hell when there are 32 enemies coming at you from which and every direction. I try to stick with my squad, but I swear I always get on the bad teams. Most of the time I get on a team who can barely even hold down one single flag. So I got it on the PS3 so more of my friends can play it with me. Most of my friends who have a PS4 don't play it all that often yet.
 

I am actually going to set this up the exact same way as the Bad Company 2 progression page.
 

NOTES:

PS3 stats are separate from PS4 stats, so I had to start all over. I started the PS3 version on April 24, 2014. I've had the PS4 version of BF4 since November 15, 2013 (when the PS4 released). Also I might go higher than Rank 100, but that's the current goal. However, honestly, I doubt I'll even make it to that. Rank 50 would of been a more realistic number, but we'll see.
I have a lot of other games that I still need to play. I am basically just playing BF4 when my friend(s) want to.

Why I choose rank 100 was because you get a dog tag for hitting rank 100, and it's a pretty cool emblem (eagle) so it sounded like a good place to shoot for. It's not set in stone. This goal is to more-so just see how far I get before moving on.

We have finally moved on to the PS4 version of Battlefield 4. Now I got to rank up all over again! Ha ha.
I doubt I will make another progression goal for the PS4 version, though.

May 13, 2014 - Ranked up to Gunnery Sergeant II (27).

May 14, 2014 - Ranked up to Gunnery Sergeant III (28).

June 20, 2014 - Ranked up to Master Sergeant V (35).

July 7, 2014 - Ranked up to First Sergeant II (37).

This is basically a mix between more detailed version of the UPDATES section above, and my PROGRESS section. Also this is the part where I add in my friends that are playing with me.

NOTES:
1. These times are rough estimates. These times just go by if the person stayed with their current rate of gaining score the rest of the time. So you will see times rise and fall, depending on a person's Score Per Minute (SPM) at the time of calculations. So them getting a lot of awards or being in several good games will make their times drop. And on the other hand, being in bad games might make their times raise.
2. I will add more people if anymore of my real-life friends start playing BF4 with me. No, sorry. I will not add you to this list if you friend me on PSN and join my squad. I am only doing this for fun with my real-life friends.
3. If a person is missing from a date below, this does not necessarily mean that they are no longer playing BF4. It just simply means that they have not played it since the last update or they did not play it before those updates.
4. Also, the dates of these updates does not necessarily mean we had played that day. As well as consecutive missing dates does not mean that we did not play at all during that time. I just update these times whenever I find it convenient or I am bored.
5. Click the names to be taken to our respective BF4stats.com stat pages. (Sadly no longer available.)
6. Below dates will be in order from newest (top) to oldest (bottom). People, below me, are sorted by highest to lowest ranks at the time of the update.
7. I could have the times down to even the amount of seconds, as well. But since these are simply just fun little rough estimate times, that is a little too much overkill, in my opinion. Simply the hours and minutes is good enough.
8. I do not double-check most of these times to make sure my calculations were correct. Only time I double-check is when something seems amiss. So therefor some of these time estimates might be a few minutes, to maybe even a few hours, off from time-to-time. Again, I do this for fun. So I see no use wasting hours of my day to make sure everything is 100% accurate all the time. So take these times as you will.

9. Once I get done playing this game, I will more than likely no longer update my friend's times. Not unless I notice something drastic, like one (or multiple) of my friends still playing this game all the time.

10. I really dropped the ball on updating this goal and I apologize for that. I am just as disappointed as you might be about that, believe it or not. I really like looking back at these stats, so I hate that I forgot about it. What happened is when took a pretty long break after a DLC came out that had some really powerful weapons. We took a break for them to balance them a bit. Once we came back, I totally forgot about this page. Sorry!

11. Some people asked me how I came up with these times. Well I can't remember exactly now, as it has been so long ago, but I think it was something like I took our current score and substracted that from the score you need to reach max level. And then I think I took that number and divided it by our score per minute (SPM). I then took that number and converted it to how long it would be in hours. Again, I'm not 100% sure that's correct. I might be missing a step in there somewhere, but that's what I can think of off the top of my head, after it being so long ago.
